Matthew Prescott

Matthew Prescott has a diverse work experience in the construction and design industry. Matthew is currently working as a Commercial Director at Oktra, a leading office design and build company. In this role, their responsibilities include creating outstanding workspaces for clients. Prior to this, Matthew served as a Divisional Pre-Contracts Director at Oktra. Additionally, they have held various managerial positions at Loop Interiors, Area Sq, Modus Workspace Ltd, and Greencoat Construction Limited. Matthew also has experience as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor at Kier Southern Ltd, where they worked on a refurbishment project. Matthew began their career as a Consultant Project Manager at Medlock Group, where they managed construction projects for O2. Matthew's early work experience includes being a Project Manager at MK International Ltd, where they handled the acquisition, design, and construction of cellular base stations throughout the UK.

Matthew Prescott attended Ravenswood School from 1982 to 1986, where they completed their O Levels. Matthew then enrolled at Orpington College from 1986 to 1989 to pursue their A Levels. Finally, they attended The University of Manchester from 1990 to 1993, where they studied Construction Management and obtained a 2.1 degree.
