Phoebe Ndungu started their work experience in 2010 as an intern at the Office of the President, Provincial Administration. phoebe then interned again in 2012 at Ol Pejeta Conservancy in the Human Resources department. In 2013, they became a Human Resource Assistant at Ol Pejeta Conservancy.

Phoebe Ndungu completed their education in a chronological order. phoebe first attended Mathenge Technical Training Institute from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Diploma in Personnel Management. phoebe then went on to Turine College in 2014, where they acquired a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services. Lastly, they attended Kenya Methodist University from 2015 to 2017 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development.
