Gretchen Hart is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and loan syndications. Currently serving as Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets at Old National Bank since August 2022, Gretchen focuses on commercial real estate and healthcare loan syndications. Prior roles include Senior Vice President positions at both First Midwest Bank and First Midwest Bank’s division, specializing in CRE and senior housing loan syndications. Gretchen's experience spans various leadership roles at Bank of America, LaSalle Bank, and Associated Bank, with a strong foundation in commercial real estate lending. Gretchen holds a BA in Economics from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and additional education from the University of South Carolina.
