Shannon Lueck serves as the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Director at Old National Bank, where responsibilities include designing corporate DEI communications, metrics, and engagement events. Previously, Lueck held the title of Inclusion & Diversity Director at Blattner Energy, successfully implementing the company's first I&D strategy and increasing the representation of women in salaried roles. Prior experience includes leading EDI initiatives at People Incorporated Inc., and overseeing global DEI strategies at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Cargill, where significant programs and metrics were developed. Earlier in Shannon Lueck's career, leadership roles were held at Target Corporation, managing large teams and executing various operational initiatives. Lueck holds a degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Concordia University-St. Paul.
