Jack Avendt

Jack Avendt has a strong background in commercial lending and credit analysis. Jack began their career at MSU Greenline as a Production Manager from October 2010 to May 2014. Following this, they worked as a Credit Analyst at MSU Federal Credit Union from May 2014 to December 2014. Jack then joined Talmer Bank and Trust as a Senior Credit Analyst from January 2015 to August 2016, where they gained broad commercial lending experience in various industries and property types, including retail, office, industrial, residential, hotel, and more. Currently, Jack is employed at Old Second National Bank, where they have held several positions. Jack started as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager from August 2016 to February 2018, before becoming an AVP Commercial Lending from February 2018 to February 2020. Jack then served as a Vice President Commercial Lending from February 2020 to February 2022 and currently holds the position of First Vice President Commercial Real Estate since February 2022. Jack's extensive experience in commercial lending and credit analysis makes him a valuable asset in this field.

Jack Avendt holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Real Estate Broker from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in June 2017. Furthermore, Jack obtained the certification of Advanced Volunteer Tax Preparer from Ladder Up Chicago in February 2017.
