Pankaj Shaunik

Pankaj Shaunik is currently the Vice President-Quality at Olectra Greentech Limited, overseeing the Quality Vertical for e-Bus & e-HCV. Prior to this role, Shaunik held the position of Head Customer Quality JSR CVBU at Tata Motors, where Pankaj managed After sales Quality Function of Commercial Vehicles in India & Abroad. With a strong background in customer quality and leadership, Shaunik has also served as Lead Customer Quality, focusing on analyzing field failures and implementing improvements. Shaunik's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering.
