Nataly Perilla Betancourt is currently the People Experience Director at Olimpia IT, where she focuses on creating and providing quality experiences for individuals to connect with the organizational purpose through inspirational leadership. Prior to her current role, she held positions at SOAINT, where she was responsible for designing and implementing human resource processes, including talent acquisition, well-being, communication, and standardization of human resource processes. Nataly has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, a specialization in Human Talent Management, and a degree in Psychology.
