About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Founder’s Office Intern. This role will directly support the CEO and Founder’s Office Team in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a logical mindset, and have a strong ability to learn quickly. This is an exceptional opportunity for a student to gain valuable experience working closely with top-level management. This role is paid 10,000 INR/month, remote, part-time ~30hrs/week, and 6 month duration (may extend up to 12mo) with no potential for PPO; internship only. Bangalore candidates only. Work timings are from 1:30AM - 4:30AM IST weekdays, plus Saturdays 12:30pm to 4:30am (5hr break) IST. 

  • Assist CEO's calendar efficiently, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and arranging necessary materials.
  • Assist communications for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications as necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting emails, preparing presentations, and maintaining files and records.
  • Support and interact with CEO’s daily duties, monitoring them for any needs 
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • A dynamic student or recent graduate with a passion for Business Management, administration, or a similar field. 1-2 years of relevant exposure is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.  
  • Ability to comprehend and implement instructions effectively.  
  • The capability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a team.
