Anna Parfitt

Anna Parfitt has extensive experience in HR and people management roles. Anna started their career at Pret A Manger, where they worked as a Store Manager before moving up to become an Operations Manager. Anna then became Regional HR Manager and later HR Manager for the company's Head Office.

Anna went on to work as an HR Consultant before joining Virgo Health as their HR Director. During their time at Virgo Health, they established the HR function and developed and implemented the HR strategy.

Currently, Anna is working at Oliver Bonas as the People Director. In this role, they are responsible for leading the People strategy and team, which includes HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Learning & Development. Anna is a part of the Senior Leadership team at Oliver Bonas.
