Mamoon Rashid has extensive experience in the technology and recruitment industry. Mamoon started their career at Synergy Direct Pte Ltd as an Assistant Sales Manager, where they led and managed sales teams and achieved targets. Mamoon then worked at Pearson Asia Pacific as a Publishers Representative, handling university accounts and driving revenue growth. Mamoon went on to work at Robert Walters and Greythorn as a Recruitment Consultant and Technology Recruitment Consultant respectively. Mamoon then joined Kelly Services as a Consultant, followed by Dow Jones as a Regional Manager. Mamoon also had roles at REED as a Technology Consultant and at iKas International as a Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Managing Consultant. Their most recent positions include Head of Contracts at Oliver James in Hong Kong and Head of Tech & Change at Oliver James in Singapore and Malaysia.
