Roianne Nedd is a seasoned professional in Diversity, Inclusion, and People Experience, currently serving as the Global Director of People Experience at Oliver Wyman since July 2019, where a focus on human capital as a key driver of organizational performance is emphasized. Roianne has held various leadership roles in inclusion and diversity, including Global Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and has contributed significantly to strategic direction and performance measurement in the field. Previous experience includes serving as the Deputy Chief Diversity Officer (interim) at Marsh McLennan, founding RoCaro Consulting, and holding advisory positions at Sodexo and the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion. Roianne's extensive background in fostering diversity within organizations is complemented by a strong academic foundation, including fellowships in CIPD and ACCA, and multiple degrees in business and human resources.
