Bridget Meadows has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pet food industry. Bridget currently holds the position of Head of Food at Ollie Pets since 2020. Previously, they worked at Red Collar Pet Food as Director of Quality & Food Safety from 2018 to 2020. Bridget also had a long tenure at Mars Petcare US, serving in various roles such as Diversity & Inclusion Manager - PRIDE Chair from 2017 to 2018, R&D Platform Manager - Wet Petfood from 2016 to 2018, R&D Manager - Wet Food for Dogs from 2015 to 2016, R&D Manager - Exclusive Brands from 2013 to 2015, and Product Development Scientist from 2010 to 2012. Prior to Mars Petcare US, they worked at Smithfield Packing as a HACCP Coordinator in 2005.

Bridget Meadows has a diverse education history. In 1995, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Salem College. Following that, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Food Science & Technology at Virginia Tech.

In recent years, Bridget has continued to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Food Safety Management Systems Lead Auditor (ISO 22000:2005) from LRQA, as well as PCQI (Preventative Control Quality Individual): FSCPA Preventative Controls for Animal Food from FSCPA.

Most recently, they completed a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online, which they obtained in 2023.

Additionally, Bridget has obtained several certifications including the HIGH5 Strengths Test from HIGH5TEST, where they were recognized as a Coach, Storyteller, Strategist, Commander, and Problem Solver.
