Rob Horvath has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Rob started their career as a Technical Support Representative at pcAmerica in 2002 and then progressed to roles such as Software Developer, Project Manager, and Director of Software Development / Software Architect / Senior Software Developer. Rob led the architecture and development efforts of various point-of-sale systems and successfully completed PA-DSS PCI audits. In 2011, they co-founded SNAP Services, LLC, and served as a Co-Founder until 2015. Rob then joined Heartland Payment Systems as a Director of Software Engineering, where they led the technical direction and managed design, development, and QA groups. Rob also built a core team for the Heartland Commerce POS group and led the architecture of a mobile POS system. Later, they became the Senior Director of Software Development before leaving the company to join Olo as a Senior Software Engineer. At Olo, they advanced to roles such as Engineering Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, and currently, the Vice President of Engineering.

Rob Horvath obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University at Buffalo, where they attended from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Software Development and Management at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2006.
