Falko Roos

Falko Roos is currently the Manager Recruitment at Olympia, where Falko is responsible for recruitment marketing, campaigns, advice, and training of staff. Falko also holds the position of Vice-chair of the Works Council. Previously, Falko worked as a Recruitment Specialist & Marketeer, Product Owner, Senior Recruiter, and Inhouse Consultant at various companies, gaining experience in recruitment, marketing, and project management. Falko also has a background in bar management and office management.
