Ivan Arenas

Ivan is an Electrical Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including the design, construction and start-up of the HFC network of TV Cable Bogotá.

Ivan was responsible for the design, assembly and operation of a teleport network for broadband television transmission, located in South Florida, El Salvador and Nicaragua. In 2005, the CRT (Telecommunications Regulations Commission of Colombia) invited Ivan to write the report “State of Cable Television in Colombia” that he later used to issue his concepts and regulations in the cable industry in Colombia.
