Adyasha Dash has worked with SmartCoin Financials as an Operations Team Lead since September 2019. Prior to that, Adyasha was a Senior Executive at Firstsource from March 2017 to August 2019 and an Operation Executive at JustLikeNew.In from January 2015 to February 2017. Adyasha completed their Bachelor of Technology degree at Silicon Institute of Technology (SIT) in Bhubaneswar from March 2012 to June 2015. In their current role, Adyasha provides leadership, guidance, and support to their team of customer support representatives, ensuring superior customer service delivery and adherence to company guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures.
