As the Vice President of Strategic Growth, Aaron implements and oversee the execution of the tools, processes and strategies that lead to OM Group’s growth. Aaron has been in the federal contracting space for 25 years, both within the Government and in large and small businesses within industry. From his time with the Defense Department, Aaron has developed a steadfast dedication to supporting those who defend them.
