Laura Anaya Fernández

Laura Anaya Fernández has a diverse work experience. Laura started their career in 2008 at LMS Peru SAC as a Customer Services coordinator, where they were responsible for coordinating with the general management and handling customer inquiries and complaints. In 2011, they moved to IMAX - Ingeniería Maxima as an Administrator, managing office administration and coordinating appraisals for properties and equipment. Laura then joined OM Pharma in 2014 as an HR Coordinator, where they improved the selection process and handled recruitment, induction, and data analysis. Laura later progressed to the role of HR Manager, where they focused on developing policies and programs for improving employee motivation and organizational climate. Currently, they hold the position of Regional HR Head at OM Pharma.

Laura Anaya Fernández has a diverse education history. In 2004, they started their studies at Universidad Ricardo Palma, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Laura successfully completed their studies in 2010, receiving a degree in Business Administration. Following this, in 2012, they enrolled at Universidad ESAN to specialize in Marketing, which they completed in 2014. In 2015, they attended CENTRUM PUCP, where they completed a Diploma program in Human Resource Management.
