Omada is seeking a Manager to join its Strategic Finance Team. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions. The Strategic Finance team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. The position will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance and will have extensive exposure to the executive team. You will partner directly with our executives to forecast operating expenses, annual budgets and influence strategic decision making. As a member of the team you will support key processes across planning, board reporting, budgeting, and ongoing operational improvements. We’d love to speak to you if you are extremely proactive, motivated, well-organized, and have the ability to multitask while working with different stakeholders within the organization.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • 5+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting, fast growing tech company experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to details
  • Proactive self-starter; able to effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines

Your impact:

  • Serve as a finance business partner to our leadership team, including our President, Chief Marketing Officer, and many others.
  • Drive resource, investment, and forecast planning for Revenue, Sales and Marketing.
  • Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis. 
  • Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and monthly headcount reconciliation for the Sales and Marketing organization.
  • Support month-end close cadence and packages.
  • Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the US healthcare system.
  • Thrives in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Pricing at previous roles
  • Experience with financial planning systems (ex. Adaptive).
  • Experience with SQL, Python and/or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI capabilities into Financial workflows

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $121,600 - $152,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $109,440 - $136,800*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants. 

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
