Mitchell Biggs

Mitchell Biggs has over two decades of experience in facilities management. Mitchell started their career in 1996 as the Director of Facilities and Vendor Management at AAA-The Auto Club Group, where they served for five years. Mitchell then worked as the Director of Facilities at infoUSA from 2001 to 2004. Following that, they joined Hyatt Corporation as a Facilities Manager and worked there for 15 years. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Facilities Operations at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for managing all facilities operations and activities for the zoo and aquarium.

Mitchell Biggs obtained a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Creighton University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with a focus on Design Engineering Technology, Communication, and Business Management.
