Niloufer Vandergert

Niloufer Vandergert has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Niloufer most recently worked as the Head of Marketing & Communication at OMAK since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at The Siren in 2021. From 2015 to 2022, they held the position of CEO at PR @ 14. Niloufer also served as the Senior Manager - Corporate Communications at Union Bank of Colombo from 2012 to 2015. In 2011, they worked as a Brand Manager at Singer (Sri Lanka) Ltd. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Chevron as Manager Event Sponsorship & PR from 2006 to 2009, at British Airways in Marketing from 2002 to 2006, and at Hayleys Group in Business Development - Aviation Division from 2002 to 2005.

Niloufer Vandergert completed their Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Management from the University of London from 1999 to 2002. Niloufer later obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Media, Communication & Public Relations from the University of Leicester between 2010 and 2012. Prior to their university education, they attended Ladies' College Colombo from 1984 to 1998. In addition, they also attended the International School (KVM) in Moscow, Russia from 1987 to 1990, although the specific degree and field of study for these years are not specified.
