Ishwarya Subramanian

Ishwarya Subramanian has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ishwarya started their career in 2018 as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at Das Manpower Consultancy Services and worked there until 2020. In 2020, they joined Gemcaps Inc as a Human Resource Generalist, where they worked until 2021. Ishwarya then moved to Medical Billing Wholesalers and served as a Human Resources Executive - TA until 2022. Currently, they are working at Omega Healthcare Management Services, where they initially held the position of Senior Executive HR in 2022 and later got promoted to the role of Lead HR in 2023.

Ishwarya Subramanian obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Sri Sairam College of Engineering. Ishwarya then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services at Loyola College from 2018 to 2020.
