Jess Duerden

Jess Duerden is an accomplished communications professional currently serving as the Chair of Purpose@Work Global Committee and Director of Corporate Communications at OMERS since September 2023. With a robust background in internal and external communications, Jess has held leadership roles at Oxford Properties Group as Director of Internal Communications, and at the Toronto Region Board of Trade as Communications Director. Additionally, Jess has contributed to academia as a Professor of Corporate Communications at Seneca College and has held positions in various organizations, including Carly Rian Group and the Institute for Canadian Citizenship.
