M.Haaris Jamal

Global Support Head at Omex Systems

M.Haaris Jamal has worked in various roles across different companies since 2005. M.Haaris began their career at Mobilink as an Associate-I, where they worked in the OMT Department and was responsible for provisioning of VAS's on numbers through HLS, recreation of numbers, and bulk execution of switch related activities. In 2009, they joined MIXIT Inc. as the Team Lead for Global Production Operations Engineer. In 2012, they moved to OMEX Systems, Inc. as Global Support Head and Project Manager for Fix Implementation and Support. Their responsibilities included client onboarding, requirement gathering, analysis, implementation of changes in OATS reporting, and managing different projects in close coordination with Back office and Clearing teams. Additionally, they were also responsible for production issues testing, planning and executing new build testing, and FIX connection certification. Currently, they are working as the Head of Service Support Group at Logiciel Services since 2020.

M.Haaris Jamal completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Sir Syed University between 2001 and 2004. M.Haaris then obtained a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification from Microsoft in June 2011. Following this, they completed an MBA in SupplyChain/Project management from SZABIST in 2012. Their educational background also includes attending Karachi Public School.
