Ciby Mathew

Ciby Mathew serves as Vice President, Managing Director, and Head of Architecture and Compliance at OneMain Financial since April 2023, leading the Enterprise Architecture and Compliance division. Previously, Ciby held the position of Head of Enterprise Architecture and Technology Leader at Constellation from February 2022 to April 2023, and prior to that, Ciby was also Head of Enterprise Architecture/Technology Leader at Exelon from December 2011 to January 2022. Ciby has extensive experience in IT management and architecture, including roles as Senior IT Manager and IT General Manager at Exelon, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate architecture programs, cloud migration, and managing significant budgets. Earlier career experience includes technical leadership roles at Constellation Energy, Exelon, HTC Global Services, Enron, and IBS Software Services. Ciby holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.Tech in Engineering from the University of Kerala.
