Shishir Bhatia

Shishir Bhatia is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in credit risk decisioning and technology strategy. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Credit Risk Decisioning Operations at OneMain Financial since September 2025, Shishir has previously held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Synchrony, where Shishir led significant cloud migration and risk strategy initiatives. With a robust background at Capital One, Shishir managed critical operations and strategic projects across banking and compliance domains. An alumnus of Virginia Tech, Shishir holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science and has also contributed to academic fields by instructing various computer science courses.
