Michelle Barsa

Michelle Barsa has a diverse background in the field of international relations and policy. Michelle is currently working as a Principal, Belonging at Omidyar Network. Prior to this, Michelle founded Inclusive Policy Strategies in 2017, where they supported non-profits, government agencies, and private companies in developing theories of change and strategies for preventing violence. Michelle also served as the Program Director at Beyond Conflict from 2020 to 2022. Michelle's previous roles include Senior Technical Manager at Equal Access International, Democracy Fellow at the Institute of International Education, Director of Security Policy & Programming at The Institute for Inclusive Security, and Virtual Fellow at the U.S. Department of State. Michelle has also worked with Catholic Relief Services, International Women's Peace Service, and the United Nations in various capacities.

Michelle Barsa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management in 1998-2002. Michelle went on to complete a Master's Degree in Law & Diplomacy at The Fletcher School at Tufts University from 2006-2008.
