Josephine Sabaski

Josephine Sabaski has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Josephine began their career in 2001 as a Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Specialist at Amdocs, Inc. In 2011, they moved to Embraco as a Senior Manager Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, where they lead Human Resources initiatives, including employee relations, strategic HR projects, compensation, recruiting, performance management, training and organizational development. From 2014 to 2017, Josephine was the Director of Human Resources at Sugar Foods Corporation, where they were responsible for the administration of Human Resource programs, including company policies and federal, state, and local regulations for management and employees. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at OMNI International, where they are responsible for overseeing the development, recruiting, implementation, administration, interpretation, and communication of Human Resource programs and procedures. Josephine has maintained a low average Turnover Rate of 2.0%, year over year, by implementing various employee driven initiatives, recognition forums, development opportunities and a non-exclusive methodology.

Josephine Sabaski received their Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies from Fontbonne University in 2007.
