Carlos Eduardo Bernardes has worked in various customer service and telemarketing roles since 2019. In 2019, they were an Atendente de Parques at Aviva, where they were responsible for reception of clients and guests at the entrance of the park, performing check-in and check-out for the Hot Park and parking lot of the park, as well as orienting clients and guests about the main points of the park. In 2020, they worked as an Operador de Telemarketing at Grupo Services, followed by a Customer Experience Analyst at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil). In this role, they were responsible for receptive customer service for consumers of fixed telephony and broadband products from all over Brazil, with a focus on CSAT, agility and quality of service, aiming to increase customer satisfaction with human service. Carlos Eduardo also provided support to team colleagues acting as an "angel", a role designated to help attendants who needed help during customer service. In 2021, Carlos Eduardo Bernardes joined OmniChat as a Customer Service Specialist, Customer Service Analyst Senior, Customer Service Analyst Pleno, and Customer Service Analyst Junior. In this role, they provided customer service via chat, Meet and calls to customers categorized as T2 and T1, providing support to the customer and CSM of the account, working with giants of the national retail such as Decathlon, Promoção, Dental Cremer, Dental Speed, Lojas Lebes, Telhanorte, Cassol Centerlar, Arezzo & Co, Vans, Schutz, ZZ Mall, among others.

Carlos Eduardo Bernardes is currently studying for a Graduação in Gestão Pública at Estácio, which they started in 2020 and is expected to finish in 2022. Prior to this, they completed a Técnico em Agropecuária Integrado ao Ensino Médio at Instituto Federal de Goiás (IFG) from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Excel 2019: Formação Básica from LinkedIn in August 2020.
