Cindy Menz-Erb

Cindy Menz-Erb has diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cindy'smost recent role was at On-Ramps, where they held the position of Principal since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Search Specialist at the same company from June 2017 to September 2022.

In 2017, Cindy briefly worked as a School Board Member for the 3rd District at Richmond Public Schools. From 2013 to 2016, they held the position of Executive Director at LIFT-NY. Before that, they worked at CFY-NYC, where they first served as a Managing Director from October 2007 until March 2011, and later as an Executive Director from October 2007 to June 2013.

Cindy also has experience as a participant at Coro New York Leadership Center in 2010-2011, and as the City Director for New York and Chicago at the Center for Student Missions from 1998 to 2007. Cindy started their career as a Community Organizer for AIDS Walk NY (MZA Events) in February 2005, and briefly worked as a Team Recruiter at Lifelong AIDS Alliance in 2004.

Cindy Menz-Erb obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Community Development from North Park University between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, they received a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
