Claudia Pou

Claudia joined On-Ramps in June 2022 as a Search Coordinator. She conducts initial interviews with candidates and provides project support to several searches.

Claudia brings a variety of work experiences within the social sector. Prior to On-Ramps, she supported COVID patients and conducted public health research with the NY Department of Health as a Case Investigator. She also worked as a third grade Teaching Assistant at the education nonprofit Harlem Children’s Zone. As an undergraduate, she worked in criminal justice reform with the Legal Aid society of NY, as well as sustainable community development with Bedford 2030.

Claudia graduated from Bowdoin College in 2020 with a major in Government.
