Xin Geng has extensive work experience in the technical support and application engineering field.

Xin Geng started their career in 2006 at GE Healthcare as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided comprehensive service.

In 2007, Xin Geng joined RVSI Acuity CiMatrix (RVSI) department as a Service Engineer at Xi Men Zi, where they recruited new employees and provided SMT troubleshooting and site commission services for Siemens SIPLACE products.

In 2008, Xin Geng became an Application Engineer at Microscan after RVSI acquired the company. They became proficient in demonstrating the Microscan product line and performed satisfactory product demonstrations using ESP software and accessories.

In 2010, Xin Geng joined Datalogic as an Application Engineer, providing product and application support, product repair, and maintenance.

In 2016, Xin Geng transitioned to Rethink Robotics as a Field Application Engineer APAC, responsible for developing outstanding relationships with the technology staff at Rethink Robotics headquarters, serving as the technical product expert for a specific set of customers, and supporting product deployments.

Currently, Xin Geng works at OnRobot as a Regional Technical Support Lead, a position they started in 2019.

Xin Geng obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from China Agricultural University, which took place from 2001 to 2005.
