François-Xavier Dosne has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. François-Xavier's work experience also includes a stint at Infront Sports & Media AG, a sports marketing company, where they were a Business Development Manager. In this role, they were involved in mergers and acquisitions, researching and analyzing investment opportunities, and leading due diligence processes. François-Xavier also played a key role in rights-in acquisitions, developing and presenting partnership offers to rights holders, negotiating long-form agreements, and successfully integrating acquired rights into daily business.

Prior to that, François-Xavier worked at Puma, where they led a cross-functional project during a pre-MBA internship. François-Xavier analyzed and mapped existing merchandising, product development, and marketing processes across geographies, designed financial models, and identified consolidation opportunities.

François-Xavier also worked as an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they gained experience in management consulting. François-Xavier contributed to various projects, including developing a four-year strategy implementation plan for an NGO's new funding model and assessing and recommending a go-to-market strategy for a global aluminum producer.

Before their time at BCG, François-Xavier worked briefly as a Sales Associate at Decathlon France. François-Xavier has a strong belief in the power of diversity in the workplace.

François-Xavier Dosne completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen in 2011. François-Xavier then went on to attend the University of Southern California in 2011 for an exchange semester, where they focused on Finance and Microeconomics. In 2014, François-Xavier entered the Columbia Business School and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2015.
