Yen Giang

Yen Giang has a strong background in footwear operations and planning, with experience in various roles and companies. Yen is currently the Head of Footwear Operations at On since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Planning Lead at On from February 2020 to May 2023. Yen also served as a Planning Manager at Under Armour from November 2017 to January 2020. Before that, Yen was an Order Management Specialist at New Balance from March 2014 to March 2017. Yen held the position of Planning Manager at SHOEfabrik from September 2011 to March 2014. Yen's career began at BBC International LLC, where they worked as a Merchandising Manager cum Office Manager (VN liaison office) from October 1999 to September 2011. Yen started their professional journey as an Assistant Manager cum Shipping Supervisor at Jim Brothers Corp. / Adidas manufacturer and worked there from January 1997 to March 1999.

Yen Giang attended Hanoi Foreign Language School from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese & English. Yen also obtained additional certifications in Banking & Finance from ING Nederland and Supply Chain management from APICS Supply Chain Council.
