Joanna Austin

Joanna Austin has several years of experience in quality assurance and testing roles. Joanna is currently working as a QA Engineer at On the Beach since March 2021. Before that, they worked at Greensill as a QA Tester from January 2020 to March 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of QA Coordinator at Core TV Solutions from May 2019 to January 2020. Joanna also worked as a QA Manager at Inview Technology Ltd from December 2018 to May 2019 and as a Senior Tester from July 2017 to December 2018. Joanna has experience as a QA Engineer at Interact - the intelligent intranet from May 2016 to July 2017. Additionally, they worked as an Application Tester at Nugensis Ltd from December 2014 to April 2016. Before entering the QA field, Joanna worked as a Pharmaceutical Assistant at Danebridge Pharmacy from May 2014 to December 2015. Joanna also has experience as a Learning Support Assistant at Malbank School and Sixth Form College from September 2011 to July 2012 and as a Teaching Assistant at City of Lincoln Council from January 2009 to July 2011. Joanna'searliest work experience was as a Cashier at Barclays Investment Bank from June 2008 to December 2008, where they provided customer service and assisted Polish speaking customers.

Joanna Austin completed their Engineer's Degree in Information Systems Management from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki w Łodzi from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they attended Lincoln College from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a High School diploma with a focus on English and IT. Joanna also participated in a University Exchange program at Univeriste D'Artois in France in 2004, studying Computer Science.
