Matthew Steen

Matthew Steen is an experienced healthcare executive with a robust background in human resources, compliance, and quality management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Compliance Officer at On With Life, Inc. since April 2013, Matthew has held various significant positions, including Chief Quality Officer and Executive Director of multiple departments at Faith Regional Health Services. Additional experience includes roles as a Branch Manager at Iowa Home Care and Bank Coordinator at the University of Iowa Cord Blood Bank. Educationally, Matthew holds an MBA and MHA from the University of Iowa's Henry B. Tippie College of Business and a BA in History from the University of Iowa's College of Liberal Arts & Sciences.
