Ryan Spring has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Ryan is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Onc.AI since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Google as a Software Engineer from December 2018 to February 2023. While at Google, Ryan designed and coordinated the development of features for the Stadia Cloud Gaming platform, owned global distribution and management of game packages, and created backend gRPC services for game certification.

Earlier in their career, Ryan worked at Meridian Credit Union as a Junior Programming Analyst from January 2014 to February 2016. Ryan developed a new application, supported existing applications, and improved development time by implementing Microsoft's WPF and Prism technologies.

Additionally, Ryan worked as a Web Developer at Symetric Productions from May 2013 to October 2014. Ryan created interactive web pages, developed modules for their Content Management System, and implemented new techniques for system functionality.

Prior to that, Ryan gained experience as a Private Tutor in Web Development, where they helped students transfer graphical design skills to web page construction and taught HTML, CSS, and scripting languages such as PHP and JavaScript.

Ryan's earliest work experience was at the Ministry of Transportation, where they worked as a Systems Analyst from January 2012 to April 2012. Ryan initiated and aided in the procurement of a vendor provided CDN for the MTO Travellers Road Information Portal.

Ryan Spring attended Brock University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Honours). During their studies, they focused on concentrations in Intelligent Systems and Software Engineering.
