Karen Dow

Karen Dow has extensive work experience in the sales and business development field. Karen most recently worked as the Director of Sales Northeast at Once Upon a Farm starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Business Manager at Conagra Brands from May 2021 to October 2021. From February 2019 to May 2021, Karen worked as a National Account Manager at The J.M. Smucker Company. Before that, they held the position of Business Development Manager - Key Accounts at Chattem, Inc. from January 2013 to February 2019. Karen's earlier experience includes roles at Altria, where they worked as a Unit Manager from June 2008 to March 2012, a Section Operations Manager from September 2007 to May 2008, and a CVS Account Manager from April 2006 to August 2007.

Karen Dow attended Ridgewood High School from 1991 to 1995. Karen then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Communications at Boston College from 1995 to 1999. Later, in 2007 and 2008, they earned an MBA in Marketing from Curry College.
