Vickie Chapman

Vickie Chapman has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1995 with their role as a Production Assistant at Cogito Learning Media. Vickie then moved to Aaron Marcus and Associates in 1997 as a Designer Analyst. In 1998, they began working at Adobe Systems as a Program Manager, QA Engineer, and Technical Support Specialist. In 2011, they joined PowerReviews as a Project Coordinator, and was promoted to Implementation Team Manager/Sr. Implementation Project Manager in 2014. In 2012, they moved to Bazaarvoice as an Implementation Project Manager. In 2017, they began working at DigitalGenius as an Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2018, they joined Homeroom as an Implementation and Onboarding Manager. Finally, in 2020, they joined Oncue as a Product Manager, Manager of Onboarding and Customer Support, and Onboarding and Success Specialist.

Vickie Chapman earned a BA in Industrial Design from the California College of the Arts in 1994. In 2016, they attended General Assembly for Data Analytics. In 2017, they obtained the Gainsight Pulse Academy for CSMs certification from Gainsight and in 2016, they obtained the Professional Agile and Scrum certification from Simplilearn.
