Nina Kitaeva

Nina Kitaeva currently serves as the Head of HR at Onduline Russia since July 2020, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previously, Nina held the position of Director of Personnel at Affex from October 2019 to June 2020, focusing on developing and implementing HR strategies, personnel planning, and optimizing organizational structures. Prior roles include HR Consultant for various companies, where responsibilities involved conducting HR audits and implementing adaptation systems. Additionally, Nina has experience as the Head of the Human Resources Department in a financial sector group and as an HR Coordinator at Bacardi. Nina holds a degree with distinction in Economics and Management from Moscow State Technical University "MAMI," completed in 2009.
