Job description

  • Provide exemplary customer service to all existing and prospective customers
  • Provide a 5-star experience
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Coordination and scheduling of sales qualified leads (SQLs)
  • PowerPoint preparation for outside sales presentations
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for trips, including itinerary management.
  • Personal Assistance
  • Organize, coordinate, and attend meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Coordination with various departments to gather necessary information and resources
  • Conducting research on trends, competitors, and other relevant topics to provide insights to Visionary / CEO
  • Review and approve timesheets
  • Primary point person / liaison between Visionary / CEO and employees and clients
  • Assistance in planning and execution of projects to ensure deadlines are met
  • Update scorecards to track company / department metrics
  • Update social media posts
  • Record time and notes for Visionary / CEO in CRM software, ConnectWise
