Daniel Mutiganda

Daniel Mutiganda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Senior Head of People Division at One Acre Fund since January 2020, Daniel leads the people vision for over 3,000 staff and manages a team focused on strategic development. Previously, Daniel held the position of Deputy People Division Lead at One Acre Fund Rwanda, overseeing daily HR operations and coaching new leadership. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Urwego Opportunity Bank, where responsibilities encompassed legal advice, compliance, and HR management. Daniel began a career as a legal advisor with the Rwandan Senate and possesses postgraduate and master's degrees in legal practice and business administration from recognized institutions.
