Steve Haas

Steve Haas has over 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Their most recent position was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at One Community Health Sacramento, where they started in 2021. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director at Disability Rights California from 2015 to 2021. Steve also worked at Nationwide Insurance from 2006 to 2015, holding various roles such as Employee Relations Director, Employee Relations Consultant, and Field HR Manager. Before that, they worked as the Human Capital Manager at TeleTech in 2006. Steve's earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resources Manager at News & Review from 2003 to 2006 and working as an Independent Consultant from 2002 to 2003.
