Shantel Norman

Shantel Norman has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Shantel currently holds the position of Managing Vice President - Operations at ONE Gas since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Texas Gas Service from February 2018 to January 2023.

Shantel Norman attended Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a focus on Natural Gas Engineering.
