Laura Harsch, NCIDQ, RDI, is an experienced design professional with a focus on creating impactful branded environments and innovative healthcare spaces. Currently serving as Senior Director of Design at One Medical since May 2018, Laura concentrates on reshaping members' perceptions of healthcare facilities. Previously, Laura held various leadership roles at Macy's Merchandising Group from June 2004 to January 2017, including VP Director of Branded Environments, where Laura unified multiple design and merchandising teams to enhance brand integrity for over 25 brands. Laura’s extensive career also includes significant positions at Urban Outfitters, Macy's West, and This End Up Furniture Co., showcasing expertise in store design, project management, and visual merchandising. Laura earned a BFA in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
