Charlotte Copper

Charlotte Copper has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Charlotte started their career as a Software Developer at Electronic Data Systems in 1999 and later became a Business Analyst at the same company. In 2006, they joined Citi as a Business Analyst Team Leader. Charlotte then moved on to Hargreaves Services plc in 2008, where they served as the Group IT Projects Manager until 2012. In 2012, Charlotte joined Canterbury Christ Church University as a Business Analyst / Project Manager. Charlotte then worked as an ERP Portfolio Manager at Acuity Solutions Ltd from 2013 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Advanced and worked as a Senior Project Manager before being promoted to Head of Consultancy in 2020. The following year, they became the Director of Customer Experience and is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Advanced.

Charlotte Copper studied Business Studies at Staffordshire University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA(Hons) degree.
