Kellie Skinner has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Kellie began their career at Fox Drug Store in 1990 as a Bookkeeper/Head Cashier/Deli Assistant Manager. Kellie then transitioned to the legal field, working as a Legal Secretary at Pearne, Gordon, McCoy & Granger and later as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Calfee, Halter & Griswold. Kellie then moved into workers' compensation roles at M & N Risk Management, Inc. before joining Florida Blood Services, Inc. as a Human Resources Benefits Specialist. Eventually, they progressed to roles of increasing responsibility at OneBlood, Inc., ultimately becoming the Director Of Benefits in 2020.

Kellie Skinner obtained a Human Resources Certification from the University of South Florida in 1999-2000 and studied Legal Secretarial at Bryant & Stratton College - Parma in 1992-1993.
