Tabitha Britt

As Vice President of People at OneCare, Tabitha is responsible for driving growth and culture through talent development, people strategy, and employee experience. Prior to OneCare, Tabitha served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for a mobile advertising technology company. There, she worked closely with the leadership team on people initiatives and led a global HR team that supported more than 19 countries. With over 18 years of experience, Tabitha has held various senior HR roles. She is passionate about people, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Tabitha graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo with a B.A. in sociology and is currently pursuing her MBA at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
