Izzati Ramle has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Izzati started their career in 2012 as a Service Desk Analyst at HP Enterprise Services, where they provided first-level support for Shell Global, resolving password and smartcard related issues. Izzati also followed up with users for unresolved issues and escalated them to second-level support.

In 2014, Izzati joined Fortinet as a Customer Service Officer, handling customer inquiries and complaints regarding product and contract-related matters. Izzati effectively routed calls to the appropriate teams based on the customers' issues and handled escalations assigned by their manager.

At ViewQwest, Izzati held two different roles. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Service Desk Engineer Team Lead for Expereo, responsible for providing first-line support to customers. Izzati worked closely with the Client Channel Partner and local network provider, meeting daily targets and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Starting in 2019, Izzati took on the position of Team Lead - Tech Support L1, where they led a team in providing technical support for ViewQwest customers.

Most recently, in 2021, Izzati joined OneConnect Smart Technology as a Shift Manager, taking on the responsibility of managing shifts and overseeing operations.

Throughout their career, Izzati has demonstrated strong technical skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Izzati Ramle graduated from Universiti Malaysia Pahang in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering.
