Lyu, ShuFeng Alan has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. Lyu, ShuFeng began their career in 1999 at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as a Retail Banking SME and Project Manager. In 2003, they joined IBM as an Advisor IT Specialist, where they worked on a strategy project for a bank client in Hong Kong. From 2005 to 2018, they worked at Citi as a Vice President in the Global Consumer Banking Core Bank Department. During their time there, they were responsible for leading development and support for multiple product lines, and they were promoted to AVP due to strong leadership on both large projects and BAU support quality. Lyu, ShuFeng is currently a Senior Director at OneConnect Smart Technology, where they are the Chief Architect of cloud based core banking systems, a Pre-Sales Solution Director, and an IT lead of the PAOB (HK Virtual Bank) preparatory committee.

Lyu, ShuFeng Alan has an education history that includes a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) from Fudan University in Computer Software Engineering from 2009 to 2012, and a Bachelor's degree from Xinjiang University in Computational Mathematics from 1995 to 1999.
